Wo sind meine Daten gespeichert?

Alle Daten bleiben auf deinem Geraet. Runscope liest Laufdaten aus Apple Health und speichert Einstellungen lokal. Es gibt keinen Cloud-Upload und keinen Account.

Warum sehe ich keine Workouts?

Stelle sicher, dass du Runscope Zugriff auf deine Health-Daten gegeben hast: Einstellungen > Datenschutz & Sicherheit > Health > Runscope. Aktiviere mindestens "Workouts" zum Lesen.

Wie kuendige ich mein Abonnement?

Einstellungen > Apple-ID > Abonnements > Runscope Pro. Du kannst jederzeit kuendigen. Dein Zugang bleibt bis zum Ende der bezahlten Laufzeit aktiv.

Wie stelle ich Kaeufe wieder her?

Oeffne Runscope > Profil > Abonnement > "Kaeufe wiederherstellen". Dein aktives Abo wird automatisch erkannt.

Funktioniert Runscope ohne Apple Watch?

Ja. Runscope analysiert alle Laufworkouts in Apple Health — egal ob sie von einer Apple Watch, Garmin, Polar oder einer anderen App stammen. Einige Metriken (Kadenz, Schrittlaenge, Bodenkontaktzeit) sind nur mit Apple Watch verfuegbar.

Werden meine Daten an Dritte weitergegeben?

Nein. Runscope sendet keine Daten an Server. Siehe unsere Datenschutzrichtlinie.

Where is my data stored?

All data stays on your device. Runscope reads running data from Apple Health and stores settings locally. There is no cloud upload and no account.

Why don't I see any workouts?

Make sure you've granted Runscope access to your Health data: Settings > Privacy & Security > Health > Runscope. Enable at least "Workouts" for reading.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Runscope Pro. You can cancel at any time. Your access remains active until the end of the paid period.

How do I restore purchases?

Open Runscope > Profile > Subscription > "Restore Purchases". Your active subscription will be automatically detected.

Does Runscope work without Apple Watch?

Yes. Runscope analyzes all running workouts in Apple Health — regardless of whether they come from an Apple Watch, Garmin, Polar, or another app. Some metrics (cadence, stride length, ground contact time) are only available with Apple Watch.

Is my data shared with third parties?

No. Runscope does not send any data to servers. See our Privacy Policy.
